The location in the city centre, not far from Lime Street Station was ideal for my overnight trip to watch the Liverpool FC Champions bus parade. The room was compact but more than adequate for one person, with a very comfortable double bed. There was everything you could want, Cleverly arranged. Large shower with body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. I didn't need half the toiletries I'd brought with me! Lovely soft towels. Behind sliding doors, on the right as you walked into the room, was a small sink, microwave, coffee machine, small fridge. Also tea bags and sachets of coffee and milk provided. Crockery and cutlery enough for two people. Only one slight glitch, I didn't know how to work the coffee machine and there were no instructions that I could see. The room was on the 4th floor, at the back of the building and despite being in the city centre, all was quiet and peaseful. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

If I got rate this a million stars I would. The staff were so kind and helpful from the moment I booked the trip. I booked on behalf of my grandma and great auntie for their 70th birthday and the staff went out of there way to make it truly special. They let me bring decorations the night before and then they decorated their room as a surprise. My grandma always says that this is her favourite hotel and I can see why. I asked if they could be on the top floor and they made that happen! They also gave some complimentary prosecco which was so kind of them. I'm already spreading the word about this hotel & my family is going to be booking to stay for my wedding this year. I would highly recommend! It's also in a perfect location.

We have just returned from our 3 night break at this lovely boutique hotel. The location was perfect with ample restaurants/bars and attractions in close proximity. The reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We were given a map of the city and directions to the areas we wanted to visit during our stay. The hotel itself was always immaculate, and our room was well appointed. Although the hotel is in the city, it is located on a quiet street, so it was very peaceful throughout our stay. We are already planning to revisit Liverpool later in the year and will definitely be staying here again.

*Great location and despite being on a street with lots of bars and clubs, there is some impressive sound proofing as we couldn't hear anything from the reception or our room *Lovely staff - genuinely warm, friendly and so welcoming *Good size rooms (we stayed in a king size and a superior) with good quality bedding/pillows and air con *Love the little kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee machine and crockery *I really like the security of the building as either the reception staff have to let you in or you need a key card *Up to date TV with the ability to cast Netflix etc *Fast reliable WiFi

I LOVED THE RESIDENT ! 💖 It's so central, so clean and it's really tastefully furnished, it has a super comfortable bed & great quality bedding. The kitchen area in the cupboard is so well thought out. There are gorgeous Molton Brown toiletries and I loved having a relaxing bath ! The big TV is great too. I loved the glass of prosecco on my first night , thank you 🥂 All the staff at reception and housekeeping are absolutely brilliant and made my stay very special 👌💗
